In this volume, Constantin von Neurath, Foreign Minister of Germany between 1932 and 1938, resumes his testimony and finishes on Day 164; Hans Fritzsche, broadcaster and head of the radio division of the German propaganda ministry, testifies on Day 164 to Day 167; the Katyn Forest case testimony on Day 168 to Day 171; and closing arguements for Göring including the defense response to the Katyn Forest case begins on Day 171 and concludes on Day 172; closing arguements for Ribbentrop begins on Day 172 and finishes on Day 173; and closing arguements for Keitel begin on Day 173.
