Author Bio for Adams, Eustace L.
Eustace Lane Adams (1891-1963) was an American writer. He worked as an ambulance driver during World War I but soon became a pilot in the Lafayette Escadrille, and a Reserve Naval Aviator from 1918-1921. In 1928, Fifteen Days in the Air, the first of his Andy Lane series, was published. He wrote novels and short stories which were inspired by his flying experience. Four of his stories were turned into films in the ’30s and ’40s.
