Author Bio for Deutsch, A. J. (Armin Joseph)
Armin Joseph Deutsch (1918–1969) was an American astronomer and a science fiction writer. Born in Chicago and educated at universities in Arizona and Chicago, he taught astronomy. He performed research into variable stars and was an editor of the Annual Review of Astronomy and Astrophysics. His only venture into fiction writing was "A Subway Named Mobius", a science fiction story about a subway system that is so complex that it ventures into multiple dimensions.
