Author Bio for Lindsey, Charles
Charles Lindsey (1820-1908) was a Canadian journalist and historian. He was the founding editor of the Toronto Leader, a newspaper published from 1852 to 1878. He authored several books, most notably a two volume biography of his father-in-law, William Lyon Mackenzie. (Dictionary of Canadian Biography)
